MY STORY
I believe that we all have the ability to grow, change, and adapt to life challenges. Life is not easy and we do not get to choose the struggles we encounter, but with the right supports and strategies to deal with these trials I believe people can overcome, adapt and accept lifes valleys.  I want to walk with those facing lifes challenges. This is why I became a Counselling Professional.

 I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.  

I am a certified Counselling Professional with the Professional Canadian Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association and the Professional Association of Canadian Christian Counselors and Psychotherapists. I attained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity Western University and my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Briercrest Seminary.

 I have been providing individual, marriage, or family therapy in the Meadow Lake area for the past 10 years.  Myself, along with my family, enjoy building into our community while enjoying the beautiful, healing nature of this area.
